Aerovista Business Park is a five-building complex located near the San Luis Obispo airport. The project includes 180,000 square feet of corporate and professional office space for multiple tenants. The master plan for the site was designed around an existing rock outcropping and incorporates an entry water feature. Exterior design was created to compliment an airport theme. Steel building systems provided a simple and cost-effective solution for construction. Interior improvements were designed as leasing progressed, providing flexibility and individuality for tenants.
