San Luis Obispo, CA

Creekside Center is a three-building complex with 90,000 square feet of professional office space. The buildings are all two-story, tilt-up concrete construction and house various tenants, including the headquarters for the State of California Highway Patrol, San Luis Obispo.

The project was completed in phases with initial approvals and construction permits through the County of San Luis Obispo. Completion of the third phase and last building coincided with obtaining approval for annexation into the City of San Luis Obispo.
