J. Carroll is a screen-printing/embroidery company combining graphic design, retail sales, and manufacturing. The 7,500 square foot, two-story building was the anchor for an overall project, which included 16,500 square feet in three buildings.
As the corner signature building, it was important to develop a distinct identity for J. Carroll. Durability was important for the manufacturing aspects of the project, however, the building also needed to be inviting for retail customers.

Two different colors of exposed split face concrete block, in conjunction with large glass wall areas and exposed steel canopies, were incorporated to provide both the look and functionality.
