Paso Robles, CA

The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Paso Robles, is a 3,500 square foot dental surgery facility. The building was designed to integrate into an existing historic residential neighborhood and to reflect the old town character. The bungalow style uses wood siding, exterior plaster and heavy timber detailing. Interior spaces were designed to enhance patient comfort and protect privacy and provide flexibility for use by multiple doctors.

Processing for the project included obtaining approvals to remove an existing dilapidated historic structure, meeting strict design guidelines, securing building permits and fulfilling medical licensing requirements.
